Non Woven Fabric 16 x 20 inch Cushion Insert

I am writing in to inform about the extremely poor product delivered to me.I wish to return the product and claim full refund for the same.My order number: 308161928 Product name: Non Woven Fabric 16 x 20 inch Cushion Insert by SWHFProduct issues:1. The cushion inserts were bought for using it on my sofa, as depicted in the product image.2. The cushions 5 nos are extremely thin, with practically no filling inside. They do not serve the purpose. They do not even fit the same sized cushion covers. Not sturdy at all. Even using them as normal pillows is not even remotely possible.3. Cost of the product is way too high when compared to the actual product that I have received. I paid over 3000 rupees for utterly disappointing and non functional and non usable product. I would not even pay 20 bucks per piece for what I have got. 4. Packaging was pathetic. Each cushion package is covered with dust and is sticky to touch. This experience is completely opposite of what I have had in the past with Pepperfry.Extremely dissatisfied with the product, the packaging and the fleecing cost of such a bad product.Over all this, no response even after a call and 4 email reminders to grievanceofficer@pepperfry.com
