The stand is damaged: dented, scraped, and paint is missing in small patches. It looks old and used.

The rack was advertised as being of 4Ft height. However on checking I found it was only 3.5 feet high. This is tantamount to "bad business practice. As I had already assembled it, I did not feel like opening it up again and returning it.
