  • Do not jump or throw heavy objects as this may damage the structure.
  • Avoid direct sunlight as it will affect your furniture. It can cause your furniture to lose its shine and luster and begin to fade.

  • For the remaining 2 years from date of expiry of the first year Durian shall only be liable to provide repair service in regard to any malfunction or defect to the goods/materials,at cost to the customer (including component cost)

    • Not Covered in Warranty

  • Durian reserves the right to reject any warranty service during the warranty term, if in its sole opinion, Durian finds that the customer have not complied /adhered to the "User Manual / Instructions" provided to the customer at the time of such goods/materials. Damage cause to the product due to improper installation by customer, normal wear & tear.
