• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

The 5-year limited warranty begins at the date of purchase and is valid up to 10 years from the date of purchase. It covers manufacturing defects only, resulting from defective materials or workmanship in the product that you have purchased.

Nights Trial Terms & Conditions

30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial is applicable from the date of delivery of the mattress. In case of a swap between other models, 30 Nights offer will be still calculated from Day 1 the first mattress got delivered.

30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial is applicable only on standard sizes, Trials are not applicable on Custom size Mattresses.

Please retain and keep a copy of your original tax invoice as proof of purchase. You ll need to submit this original invoice to make a refund claim, without a valid invoice, Brand can reserve the right to reject any claim under 30 Nights Trial Offer.

Mattress Return / Full-Refund will be accepted only if the product fulfils the Return Criteria

Customer must share the photographs 6 sides (top, bottom and 4 sides) of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send improper vision photographs may result in a return request being cancelled.

Return / Full-Refund requests must be associated directly with Brand no later than the 31st day from the date of delivery of the mattress you want a refund

Mattress returns will be inspected and picked up within 7-10 days of raising a return request. All Amore Mattress approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 days once the mattress has been picked up for return.
