How To Use the Trinity Zero Coffee Press Just fill the stainless steel filter basket with 18g of your favourite, freshly ground coffee. Then fill the water chamber with 100ml of water, to the mark shown, allowing some time to soak through the coffee. Place the lid on, and using your thumb, continually press (about 10 to 15 times) the built in pump to pressurise and draw the water through. How It Works The pump built into the lid of the water chamber is what makes the Trinity Zero truly unique. The pump pressurises the water chamber, producing a stronger shot than your usual French Press or pour over coffee... but it's not an espresso, either.
