Warranty Coverage:

5 years: Skeletal frame, Aluminium frame, Polyamide frame, Wheelbase

3 years: Lumbar support mechanism, Armrest mechanism, Headrest mechanism, Backrest mechanism, Castors, Hydraulic (gas lift)

Terms & Conditions:

Any manufacturing defect must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including natural degradation, fading, or changes in the tightness of moving mechanisms.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, water, flooding, fire, unsuitable environmental conditions, or damage resulting from failure to follow SuperErgo s published installation, usage, or maintenance instructions.

Minor aesthetic or cosmetic abnormalities, scratches, or variations that do not affect the functionality of the Product are not covered.

Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight capacity or using it beyond its intended purpose is not covered.

Labour or service costs for the replacement of defective parts are not covered under the warranty.

Warranty claims include free replacement parts and guidance for self-installation. If you prefer an in-person technician visit, we can arrange this for a service fee of ?499 for chairs.

Warranty claims are processed after the reported defect has been verified. Once verified, the replacement part will be sent along with instructions for easy installation.

Replacement parts are covered for the remaining period of the original warranty or 30 days from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

If the original component is discontinued or unavailable, SuperErgo will provide an equivalent or upgraded replacement part with comparable quality and functionality.

If an issue occurs after the warranty period has expired, you may request a paid repair or replacement. The applicable cost will depend on the nature of the issue and the parts required.

The warranty is linked to the original purchaser and delivery details and is not transferable to a new owner.
