Warranty Coverage:

5 years: Skeletal frame, aluminium frame, polyamide frame, wheelbase

3 years: Lumbar support, armrest, headrest, backrest mechanisms, castors, hydraulic (gas lift)

The warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear (including mesh softening, fading, minor loosening)

Cuts, scratches, or damage caused by impact or accidents

Products stored, installed, or used incorrectly, or cleaned using improper methods

Damage caused due to misuse, water, fire, or unauthorized modifications/repairs

Cosmetic changes that do not affect functionality

Usage beyond the intended purpose or natural wear over time
