This tolerance is considered normal and does not constitute a defective mattress and is not subject to a warranty claim, whether after short- or long-term use of the mattress.The product that has been subject to misuse, careless treatment, or physical abuse, as determined in our sole discretion is not subject to a warranty claim. The original purchaser to provide an original proof of purchase receipt. Mattress not unboxed for more than 15 days after delivery will render the warranty void.
