Warranty Terms:

1. Warranty is limited to sagging, crumbling and natural disintegration of only the mattress core and does not include damage of accessories and fabric such as tears, stains, color fading, bleeding, soil, burns or spilling.

2. Warranty does not cover depression of less than 15mm for mattresses up to thickness of 125mm or 37mm for mattresses above thickness of 125mm, under normal conditions of domestic use.

3. Warranty is NOT valid if the original configuration of the product is changed.

4. Warranty is valid only if proper care of the mattress is taken, as per the use and care directions given on the website.

5. Damages not specifically listed herein, will not qualify for warranty benefits.

6. The company's decision will be final on the nature of the defects and the applicability of the warranty.

Nights Trial Terms:

  • A registered customer can return a purchased mattress only once. A previously exchanged mattress will be non-eligible for return.
  • 10 Nights Trial* is only applicable on standard size mattresses. Purchase of Non-standard or Custom size mattresses does not fall under the 10 Nights Trial offer.
  • 10 Nights Trial* returns are limited to two (2) single sizes or one (1) double/queen/king size for a customer.
  • At the time of inspection, if any signs of liquid spillage, damage, dirt or stain is found on the mattress, the mattress shall not be returned or refunded.
  • A mattress can only be returned or refunded when the original invoice is presented.
