Warranty claims include free replacement parts and guidance for self-installation. If you prefer an in-person technician visit, we can arrange this for a service fee of Rs. 799 for desks.

The warranty is tied to the original purchaser and delivery details and is not transferable to a new owner.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, including natural degradation, fading, or changes in the tightness of moving mechanisms.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, water, flooding, fire, unsuitable environmental conditions, or other external causes.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from failure to follow SuperErgo s published installation, usage, or maintenance instructions.

Minor aesthetic or cosmetic abnormalities, scratches, or variations that do not affect the functionality of the Product are not covered.

Damage caused by exceeding the recommended weight capacity or using the desk beyond its intended purpose is not covered.

Labour or service costs for the replacement of defective parts are not covered under the warranty.
