  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Terms:


During the first year in the unlikely event of your mattress defect, Springfit Mattress #world collection warranties free replacement from the date of purchase against any material workmanship defects. Thenceforth the warranty benefits will be given on pro-rata basis.For example product with 5 years warranty, if defect appears after 3 years of use, pro-rata money back warranty is applicable for balance 2 years. It means that the Pro-rata value available to a customer on that say mattress worth 10000 with warranty of 5 years would be 10000 x 2/5 = 4000.
So on replacement of old mattress under warranty claim of current worth 10000 you will pay 10000 - 4000 = 6000. *Pro-rata will be calculated on the prevailing price at the time of warranty claim
