• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress

COVERED IN WARRANTY : Doctor dreams Mattresses are warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase. In case of any manufacturing defect (specified below) within 1 year of purchase, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product. In case of any manufacturing defect after the first year, either a repair or in case if a repair is not possible, a Prorated Credit Settlement will be applicable. Which means for every year you own it, you would receive less and less credit. NOT COVERED IN WARRANTY : 1. Fabric damages (Including tears, stains, soiling, burns or colour fading); 2. Previously repaired or replaced mattress; 3. Damages resulting from accident, mishandling, heat & improper usage ; 4. Body in dentation/depression of less than 1.5 inches; 5. Transportation cost; 6.
