  • Do not use an abrasive cleaner.
  • Avoid contact with keys, clips or sharp tools.

  • Fluff cushions regularly to help them keep their shape.
  • Check to ensure the moving mechanism is fitted to the furniture.
  • Avoid direct sunlight as it will affect your furniture. It can cause your furniture to lose its shine and luster and begin to fade.
  • Vacuum your furniture regularly with a soft brush nozzle.
  • Do not jump or sit on the arms.
  • Cover the piece when it's not in use. This will protect it from sunlight, dirt, and debris.
  • Get professional help to move the piece of furniture to avoid dislocation of mechanism.
  • In case of spills or stains, clean immediately.

  • For the remaining 4 years from date of expiry of the first year Durian shall only be liable to provide repair service in regard to any malfunction or defect to the goods/materials,at cost to the customer (including component cost)

    • Not Covered in Warranty:

  • Durian reserves the right to reject any warranty service during the warranty term, if in its sole opinion, Durian finds that the customer have not complied /adhered to the "User Manual / Instructions" provided to the customer at the time of such goods/materials
  • Damage cause to the product due to improper installation by customer, normal wear & tear
