• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Covered in Warranty:-

1. Upon opening, the mattress should come back to its specified dimensions within 48 hours, if it does not come back to the exact dimension of the mattress, the product is defective. However, a (+) or (-) 15% variation in length, width and thickness are in the tolerance limit.

2. Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product.

3. Any physical flaw in the mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

4. Reduction of the thickness of greater than 20%, will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect. To claim for Manufacturing defect customer is required to contact the support team and share relevant images of the product for examination, Dully the customer will be acknowledged for return or replacement.

Not Covered in Warranty:-

1. Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching.

2. Bamboo mattress is designed to be used on a firm solid surface, any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not covered under warranty.

3. Any improper usage/Damage of the mattress due to misuse or abuse.

4. Any sort of fabric/zip/mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty

5. Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered a defect.

6. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 20% of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty.

7. Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty.

8. Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care.

9. Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
