Warranty is limited to manufacturing defects only (sagging, crumbling or natural disintegration of the mattress core). Register your warranty at www.kurlon.com (QR code on the in-box card). Not covered: body impressions up to 15 mm (mattresses up to 125 mm thick) or 37 mm (thicker mattresses) - these are normal settling, not defects; size variation of 12 mm in length/width (industry standard); damage from misuse - bending, folding, dragging, jumping, liquid spills, excess moisture/heat, or sitting repeatedly on edges. Use on a flat, supportive, ventilated base; an unsupportive base or slats without centre support void the warranty. Allow 72 hours for full expansion and up to 21 days for settling-in after unboxing.
