• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

The warranty covers:

1. Visible indentation or sagging of the mattress greater than 2.54cm (1 inch) and not resulting from improper use, an improper bed, bed base or foundation.

2. Please note a + or 15 mm variation in length, width and thickness is in the tolerance limit and can also be subjective to individual measurements taken from the center of the mattress.

3. A manufacturing defect in the cover zipper. This does not include breakage of the zipper from improper or manhandling of the zipper.

4. Any physical defects in the material or workmanship, subject to limitations described in this warranty

The warranty does not cover:

1. Issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not subject to this Limited Warranty. The intended use of your mattress is for sleeping, resting and laying on; any other use of this mattress shall be considered the misuse of the mattress and will void your Limited Warranty. Exclusions from the Limited Warranty include but are not limited to normal wear and tear. Any improper use of the mattress.

2. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws

3. Stains, tears burns and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the customer. Indentions, sagging or body indentions less than 2.54cm (1-inch) deep.

4. Personal opinions or preferences regarding the softness, firmness or attributes of a mattress.

5. Any mattresses purchased or acquired used, resold, gifted or anyway not in possession of the original owner. Any mattress purchased from a non-authorized SleepyCat distributor.

6. Physical damage to a mattress caused by the customer.

7. Allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials.

8. Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.

9. Naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton or other materials.

10. A normal increase in softness of the foam pressure-relieving material which does not affect the pressure-relieving qualities of the Mattress

Nights Trial Policy:

1. 10 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 10 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, the 10 Nights trial will be still calculated from the day your product is delivered.

2. 10 Nights Trial is applicable only on standard size mattresses and not available on custom size mattresses.

3. Cancellations are not allowed on custom size mattresses.

4. We will need photographic proof of the product from your end while opting for a return. We may cancel the request if you fail to provide substantial proof.

Exceptions on Refund policy:

1. There should be no sign of dirt or damage on the mattress.

2. This policy is limited to one mattress or one smart base return per household per year.

3. This policy is not applicable on the Baby Mattress.
