  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Terms:

What is covered under warranty:

1. Any dent or sagging that is visible Indentation on the mattress and is of size 1 inch or more. The dent or sagging should not occur as a result of improper usage, or because of the base/foundation of bed that s not proper.

2. An issue with the cover of mattress, such as tear of fabric or stitches coming off, that hasn t occurred because of improper usage.

3. When you know which size is right for you, you can begin to shop for your new mattress. Please note: Dimension sizes are allowed 1.27cm ( 0.5in) tolerance. Finished sizes are measured from crown to crown.

What is not covered under warranty:

1. Any issue caused by rough usage or usual wear and tear shall not be covered under Warranty.

2. Misuse of the mattress in any other activity apart from what it s meant for (Sleeping, laying, or resting) will cancel the limited warranty of the product

3. Any sagging or indent not deeper than 1 inch is not covered under warranty. Stainings, tearings, burns, discoloration, or any cosmetic issue happening over time or because of customer negligence shall not be covered under warranty.

4. If a customers personal preference or point of view regarding how soft, firm, or other properties of a mattress is not matching with the product, warranty will not cover that.

6. In case of sensitivity or allergy issues to the materials/fabric used, as well as physical damage done by the customer, the warranty cannot be used is not covered.

7. Mattress damaged by children/animals or rodents are not covered. Natural scent arising from cotton, foam, or other mattress material is also not subject to warranty coverage.

8. There s a slight increment in the softness of foam over time, which does not affect the pressure relief provided by a mattress.

Nights Trial Terms & Conditions

30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial is applicable from the date of delivery of the mattress. In case of a swap between other models, 30 Nights offer will be still calculated from Day 1 the first mattress got delivered.

30 Nights / 720 Hours Trial is applicable only on standard sizes, Trials are not applicable on Custom size Mattresses.

Please retain and keep a copy of your original tax invoice as proof of purchase. You ll need to submit this original invoice to make a refund claim, without a valid invoice, Brand can reserve the right to reject any claim under 30 Nights Trial Offer.

Mattress Return / Full-Refund will be accepted only if the product fulfils the Return Criteria

Customer must share the photographs 6 sides (top, bottom and 4 sides) of the mattress while opting for a return. Failure to send improper vision photographs may result in a return request being cancelled.

Return / Full-Refund requests must be associated directly with Brand no later than the 31st day from the date of delivery of the mattress you want a refund

Mattress returns will be inspected and picked up within 7-10 days of raising a return request. All Amore Mattress approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 days once the mattress has been picked up for return.
