  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty of the product is limited to manufacturing defects and damage in transit only. Warranty does not cover any wear and tear, damages due to improper care, bugs, and improper handling. After 1 Year of use, Warranty will be calculated on Pro Rata basis.

Cover, zipper or damage from unitended use or from normal increase in softness are not covered under warranty. Mattress dimensions have a 10% tolerance due to elastic components. This tolerance is considered normal and does not constitute a defective mattress and is not subject to a warranty claim, whether after short- or long-term use of the mattress.The product that has been subject to misuse, careless treatment, or physical abuse, as determined in our sole discretion is not subject to a warranty claim. The original purchaser to provide an original proof of purchase receipt. Mattress not unboxed for more than 15 days after delivery will render the warranty void.
