1. Vaccum regularly on a low power setting, using a vaccum cleaner. For better results vaccum from different directions. 2. Do not pull loose ends, clip with scissors to remove. 3. Remove spills immdiately - Blot with clean, un-dyed cloth by pressing firmly around the spillto absorb as much as possible. 4. For hard to rmove stains- Proffesional cleaning is recommended. 5. Avoid direct sunlight, for indoor use only.Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening the piles. 6. Storing - By rolling it front side out and wrapping in cloth for protection. Do not fold or store rug in an airtight plastic bag. Place in dry, well ventilated area. 7. Due to the handmade nature of the product, shedding of loose fibers will occur but will diminish over time. Expect the most shedding to occur within the first 3 - 6 months.
