All SleepCraft products are covered under a limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of invoice issued by Rentofab Solution Private Limited. Sofa: 3 Years warranty on internal wooden frame and structural integrity. 1 Year warranty on foam and stitching defects. Mattress: 5 Years limited warranty against manufacturing defects and sagging beyond 1 inch under normal residential use and proper support conditions. Beds (with or without storage): 3 Years warranty on structural/frame defects. 1 Year warranty on hydraulic mechanisms, where applicable. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential usage. In the event of a verified manufacturing defect, SleepCraft will repair or replace the defective component/product at its sole discretion. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, fabric fading due to sunlight, minor color variations, natural softening of foam, improper handling, misuse, commercial usage, liquid exposure, cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, or damage caused by unauthorized repairs or incorrect installation. To initiate a claim, customers must provide a valid invoice along with clear photographs and issue details. The company reserves the right to inspect the product before approving repair or replacement. Service will be provided at customer location wherever feasible. Transportation or service charges may apply if the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect.
