• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Covered in Warranty:

The warranty covers only the following terms considering normal uses: -

1) Wear and tear of the mattress at the time of delivery and - Undulations in the mattress surface.

2) Warranty will cover only manufacturing defects.

3) Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase invoice is presented at the time of service.

Not Covered in Warranty:

Warranty does not cover prior to the following terms: -

1) Preferences in firmness and comfort level will not be covered.

2) Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the material to tear or permanently deform will not be covered.

3) The mattress is flexible in nature, therefore, tolerance of (+/-) 15mm in length, width or thickness will not be considered as a complaint.

4) Depressions /Sagging/ Shrinkage of less than 20% of the total thickness of the mattress will not be covered.
