  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress

  • 30 Nights Trial is applicable for the first 30 nights from the date of delivery. In case of a swap between different models, the 30 Nights trial will be still calculated from the day your product is delivered.
  • 30 Nights Trial is applicable only on selected standard size mattresses and not available on custom size mattresses.
  • Cancellations are not allowed on custom size mattresses.
  • 30 Nights Trial is not applicable to the accessories.
  • For a full refund, you may decide to return the mattress any time before the end of 30 nights.
  • Return and Refund on 30 Nights Trial offer will not be applicable if the product falls under an exception to Return/Refund under 30 Nights Trial.
  • Our 30 Nights Trial offer applies only to the original purchaser of genuine Nilkamal Sleep mattress purchased from www.nilkamalsleep.com or any other website authorised by Nilkamal Sleep.
