  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Terms:

1. Warranty On The Mattress Will Be Available Only In Case Of Product Failure Due To A Manufacturing Defect.2. For Any Return Pickup To Be Done Related To Warranty Claim, Fixed Return Pickup Charges Are Mandatory. The Charges Are Calculated By The Company S Support Team Based On Customer S Pickup Location. These Charges Can Vary From Rs. 2000- Rs. 4000. Without These Charges, Return Pick Up And Replacement Process Will Not Be Started. 3. In Some Cases, Pro Rata Charges Will Also Be Applicable As Per Warranty Terms. The Pro Rata Charge Is Calculated On The Duration Of Mattress Usage. No Discount Is Available On These Charges As Well.4. No Discount Is Valid On Mattresses Sent In The Replacement Process. These Mattresses Will Have To Purchased On The Current MRP Of The Mattress Without Any Price Reduction.5. The Prices Displayed On The Website Are Inclusive Of GST. Coirfit Reserves The Right To Change The Prices At Its Discretion Without Informing The Customer.6. All Genuine Claims Will Be Settled Within 15 Working Days Of Warranty Claim Receipt.7. Disputes, If Any, Will Be Subject To Delhi Jurisdiction Only.

If a product appears damaged upon delivery, customers must immediately note this on the Proof of Delivery (POD) or Docket when receiving the item. Failure to do so will release us from responsibility for any claims regarding the product's condition upon delivery. 4. For any claims related to a dirty mattress, customers must provide an unboxing video that clearly shows the condition of the product upon opening. 5. Only Products With E-Warranty Registration Are Applicable For Warranty Claims. If E-Warranty Is Not Registered, No Complaint Will Be Taken Forward. 6.Stitching-related issues are not covered under our warranty policy. 7. In case no contact is made to the customer, customer refused to accept the order and our freight charges too. FRO needs to be reimbursed to us and only the balance amount to be refunded to the customer.11. As per the policy mattress has to be packed by the customer unpacked mattress will not picked up.12. As per the protocols pickup will be done first after that replacement will be provided within 7 working days.
