Bring home some intricate and charming dining and d cor accessories from VarEesha's latest monochrome collection, Kalamkari. Kalamkari was a very old art form, that had very detailed & intricate paintings with natural dyes, mostly on scrolls and clothing. Its colours were vibrant and bright and mostly depicted Persian motifs, flowers, Indian mythology, forts and ethnic patterns around 3000 years back. After being world famous, the artisans modernized Kalamkari designs and came up with new ideas and themes. Inspired by this beautiful ancient Indian art form, this range has a variety of dinnerware , serve ware and table decor. Kalamkari was born out of an art of story-telling and each of this piece also has a story to tell. The artisans paint each piece using a kalam and then bake & glaze it at high temperatures. Thus, no two pieces would be exactly same and might differ slightly from the images too. The off-white base with black pen-like drawings make this bouquet, one of its kind. They go well with most decor themes and are easily washable at home. They are microwave & dishwasher safe and your loved ones will surely love them as gifts too. Kalamkari Black & White Ceramic Snacks Bowls Set has four pieces, each measuring 5 x 2.5 inches in dia x h and with a capacity of 250 ml.
