The warranty is limited to sagging of the product and the sagging of less than 1.5 inches is not covered. Any damage to the cover fabrics such as wear and tear, stitching stains, colour fading, bleeding and natural wear of comfort layers is not covered under warranty. The warranty does not cover preference in comfort level.
