    • Home Town Furniture carry manufacturer's warranty from date of invoice, against manufacturing/material defect only. The warranty applies for repair, replacement of defective parts, wherever applicable.
    • The invoice copy has to be produced for availing services under warranty, claim.
    • Home Town will not be liable for any consequential damage and under no circumstances the liability will not exceed the replacement or repair of defective part as it may be.
    • The warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear during usage, improper fitments, installation by unauthorised technicians, inadequate maintenance, wrong handling, improper movements, pest infection, moisture and water seepage , expose to direct sunlight, rusting due to improper maintenance, modification made to the standard product, usage beyond prescribed purpose and any negligence in usage.
    • The warranty covers products used for domestic purpose only and not used for any commercial purpose or bulk usage.
    • Any other conditions/liabilities which are not covered above will not be applicable under this warranty.
    • Home Town's decision on the nature of defects and applicability of warranty will be final.
    • Any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai only.
