  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Terms:

The warranty, as mentioned, on the product is provided by GetRest. The warranty will be valid for 10 years from the date of invoice, our warranty covers any kind of manufacturing defect/ any dent or sagging that is visible Indentation on the mattress and is of size 1 inch or more in the mattress. In such a scenario, we will repair or replace the mattress.

30 Nights Trial: Terms & Conditions
  • A Return/Refund request will not be accepted in case of improper usage or physical damage to the product. You are expected to return the GetRest product/s in a good condition.
  • A Return/Refund request will not be validated if any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt or damage is found on the product during the inspection process.
  • A Return/Refund request will not be accepted if the product is found to be exposed to cold / hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
  • A Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts a return due to incorrect size ordered. It is always recommended to cross check the size before placing the order
  • Return Under Nights Trial will be eligible for return logistics cost. Details will be shared by the brand directly. Post the pickup the amount will be refunded back.
