  • Carefully read the user manual before you use the appliance.
  • In case of hobs, allow brand technicians to open the product as you may not know if any product is missing or damaged.
  • Clean your cooktop after each use.
  • Wait until the burners and surrounding areas have completely cooled before cleaning them.
  • Rinse the burner parts with fresh, warm water, thoroughly rinse the burner grates and caps. Be sure rinse away all the soapy residue.
  • If the burners still aren’t clean after using cleansing agent, try a heavy-duty degreaser instead.
  • Clean clogged burner holes with stiff wire, pipe cleaner or a pin.
  • Do not pour water over the cooktop itself as excess water can prevent ignition when you come to use it again.
  • Do not spray cleaning liquid directly onto the control panel. Instead, spray some on a damp cloth and then wipe the surface.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh cleaning pads or brushes as they can damage the appliance.
  • Avoid dragging heavy pots on the cooktop; rather lift and transfer to another area of the cooktop to reduce the risk of scratching.
  • Do not repair them on your own, instead call a technician.
