• Natural materials such as wood, marble, and cane may develop a patina over time, this is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Warranty Terms:

The frame and structural components of this sofa are warranted against manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of delivery under normal residential use. This covers failure of joints, welds, and the primary load-bearing structure of the frame.

Seat and back cushion foam is covered for 1 year against significant, permanent loss of firmness resulting from a manufacturing defect, not from regular use compression.

Upholstery fabric, cushion covers, and all surface finishes are not covered under warranty. Fading, pilling, snagging, soiling, and changes in texture resulting from regular use are considered normal wear and tear and are excluded.

The warranty also does not cover: damage from spills, stains, or improper cleaning; misuse or use outside a residential setting; modifications made after purchase; or damage arising from delivery or assembly not performed by an authorised representative.
