• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Only Manufacturing defects will be covered under warranty period, The warranty does not cover the items such as , but not limited to ; Normal softening / sagging that is less than one (1) inch Damage of mattress due to misuse and abuse Fabric and foam staining , soiling, fluid penetration , tears or burns Use of mattress on a bed base that was structurally not capable of handling the mattress mattress cover , if any Zipper on the mattress, if any Unauthorised service during the warranty period, Steps for warranty claim handling : Submit proof of problem to HoneyTouch along with invoice and warranty card copy HoneyTouch will have a confirmation call and arrange for pick up from your location HoneyTouch to inspect the received product & confirm on claim status HoneyTouch to repair mattress or provide replacement if repair not possible HoneyTouch will ship the mattress back, Others terms: Only the customer who originally bought the mattress and has the invoice in his / her name is eligible for the warranty claim Specifically for memory foam mattress, normal change in softness and recovery time occurs over a period of time . this does not affect the pressure relieving qualities of these mattresses Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of workers, HoneyTouch may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim HoneyTouch s highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattress as shown in the original invoice Replacement / Repair value shall be calculated on a pro-rata basis for the remaining period of warranty. Warranty on replaced product shall only be till the end of the warranty period as per original date of purchase.
