In no instance will this warranty cover any damage attributable to misuse or to normal wear and tear or to excessive weight placed upon the product. For the first year, repairs and replacements are covered by The Sleep Company. Post that, the customer can contact The Sleep Company for repair and replacement of parts, and the customer is responsible for the service and transportation costs.
