  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Terms:

1. Any sort of fabric damage found on opening the seal is considered to be a defective product.

2. Any physical flaw in the HR Foam Mattress that causes the foam material to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.

3. Reduction of a thickness of greater than 1.5 inch will be considered as sagging and will be treated as a manufacturing defect.

4.The primary customer who originally bought the mattress and in whose name the invoice is addressed is eligible to claim warranty.

5. HR Foam tends to change in softness and recovery occurs over a period of time. This does not affect the qualities of the mattress.

6. Mattresses kept under unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. Neobest may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim due to safety concerns.

7. Neobest highest liability is capped by the purchase price of the mattresses shown in the original invoice
