Fabric cleaning

Blot spills immediately with a dry, absorbent cloth. For stains, use a mild fabric cleaner diluted in water and dab gently — avoid rubbing, which can spread the stain or damage boucle fibres.

Leatherette panels

Wipe down the leatherette side panels with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Use a leatherette conditioner once every 3–4 months to prevent cracking and maintain its sheen.

Sunlight & heat

Keep the sofa away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Prolonged UV exposure can fade the fabric and dry out the leatherette over time.

Reclining mechanism

Do not force the recline manually. Always use the electric control. Keep the cables and controls away from water. If the motor is unresponsive, check the power connection before calling service.

 

Routine upkeep

Vacuum the boucle surface with a soft brush attachment weekly to remove dust and pet hair. Rotate cushions periodically for even wear. Avoid sitting on the armrests to preserve the frame integrity."

This covers failure of joints, welds, and the primary load-bearing structure of the frame.The motorized mechanism is covered for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase against any manufacturing defects or operational failures.Seat and back cushion foam is covered for 1 year against significant, permanent loss of firmness resulting from a manufacturing defect, not from regular use compression.Upholstery fabric, cushion covers, and all surface finishes are not covered under warranty. Fading, pilling, snagging, soiling, and changes in texture resulting from regular use are considered normal wear and tear and are excluded.The warranty also does not cover: damage from spills, stains, or improper cleaning; misuse or use outside a residential setting; modifications made after purchase; or damage arising from delivery or assembly not performed by an authorised representative.
