• Do not keep warm or cold items directly on a furniture surface; instead use a hot pad or coasters; please do not keep hot items like a tawa or baking dish even on a hot pad.
• To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
• To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
• Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
• Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
• In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.
• To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.

3 Months Warranty from date of delivery.

Warranty is not applicable on Beans getting compressed

Warranty includes Colour Fading of Solid Colour Bean Bags and Stitches coming out due to manufacturing defect.

Any physical damage should be highlight or Raise complaint within 7 days. Any physical damage issue post-7 days will not be accepted.

Warranty is not applicable on any physical damages caused due to sharp object.

If any physical damage found during delivery, details of same have to be informed to Logistics partner and message to be left on GRN copy about the damage.

Cs team will revert to the query within 24 hours and If reason is genuine, a new bean bag cover will be shipped to customer within 5 working days. Customer needs to empty the Beans from Damaged bean bag and transfer to New Bean Bag Cover.

If customer wants any assistance or technical know how on how to replace beans, CS Team will assist on video call or through Phone

Old damage cover can be discarded by customer or Brand will collect it at a later point of time.

No reverse logistics or cancellation allowed for Bean bags that have manufacturing defects or damaged at seams during 3 months Warranty period.

No warranty on Prints of Printed Bean Bags.

Orka Brand Provides Only 7 days of return & refund to customers from the date of delivery.
