  • To protect your furniture from fading, avoid keeping your furniture next to windows and other places where it can be exposed to direct sunlight.
  • To avoid minor scratches which may hamper the finish of your furniture avoid sliding or passing items placed on your tabletop.
  • Avoid placing items like burning candles or irons on any furniture as the heat generated from them may affect the life of your furniture in the long run, make use of candle holders to avoid melting wax touching the furniture.
  • Cleaning your furniture items regularly will help you maintain them for a long time, make sure that you clean your furniture gently with a soft lightly damp cloth; using a rough rag and pressing it hard against the wood might lead to minor scratches.
  • In case of a spill on the furniture, never try to wipe it as it will spread the spill and hamper the polish, instead just blot the spill.
  • To protect your furniture from moisture, avoid placing it in direct contact with damp walls. We recommend wiping the moisture promptly with a dry, soft & lint free cloth.

Warranty Terms:

1. Home Town Furniture carry one year manufacturer's warranty from date of invoice, against manufacturing/material defect only. The warranty applies for repair, replacement of defective parts, wherever applicable. 2.The invoice copy has to be produced for availing services under warranty, claim. 3.Home Town will not be liable for any consequential damage and under no circumstances the liability will not exceed the replacement or repair of defective part as it may be. 4. The warranty does not cover damages due to normal wear and tear during usage, improper fitments, installation by unauthorised technicians, inadequate maintenance, wrong handling, improper movements, pest infection, moisture and water seepage , expose to direct sunlight, rusting due to improper maintenance, modification made to the standard product, usage beyond prescribed purpose and any negligence in usage. 5. The warranty covers products used for domestic purpose only and not used for any commercial purpose or bulk usage. 6. Any other conditions/liabilities which are not covered above will not be applicable under this warranty. 7. Home Town's decision on the nature of defects and applicability of warranty will be final. 8. Any dispute will be under the jurisdiction of Mumbai only.
