• Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
• Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
• Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
• Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
• Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
• Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
• Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
• In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
• Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
• Do not jump or walk on the mattress
• Do not iron clothes on the mattress
• Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Period: 10 Years' Manufacturer Warranty.

Warranty Terms:

The warranty, as mentioned, on the product is provided by the Merchant. Hence to initiate the warranty claim process, please contact us on 08061933764 or support@mysleephead.com with a clear description of the problem, associated pictures and copy of purchase invoice. Your failure to comply with these claim submission instructions may void this Warranty. Sleepyhead Home Decor Private Limited / Sleepyhead reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the mattress prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.

Once the claim has been verified, Sleepyhead will, at its own discretion repair, replace or give a Prorated Credit Settlement as per the Terms and Conditions to warranty.

1. Warranty will not be applicable on regular wear and tear of the cover and stitching.

2. Sleepyhead mattress is designed to be used on a firm solid surface, any defect found due to improper support for the mattress is not be covered under warranty.
3. Any improper usage.
4. Any sort of fabric/zip/mattress damage caused while opening the seal of the mattress is not covered under the warranty
5. Firmness or comfort preferences of the product are not considered as a defect.
6. Any visible and lasting indentation (body impression) lesser than 1 inch of the total height of the mattress (not associated from a sag in the bed base or cot) is not covered under warranty.
7. Any damage caused due to liquid spillage is not covered under the warranty.
8. Mould, dirt or smell resulting from poor mattress care.
9. Exposure to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
