Warranty for the first year Free and free service will continue for the next two years(excluding inputs, if any)Covered in Warranty

For the remaining 2 years from the date of expiry of the first year, Febonic shall only be liable to provide repair service regarding any malfunction or defect to the goods/materials, at cost to the customer (including component cost)

Not Covered in Warranty

Brand reserves the right to reject any warranty service during the warranty term, if in its sole opinion, Febonic finds that the customer have not complied /adhered to the "User Manual / Instructions" provided to the customer at the time of such goods/materials.

No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Cover/ Hardware fittings Cuts or scratches, or damage caused by impacts or accidents In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and is thus not warranted for this purpose.
