  • 1. Sofa/sofa cum bed/ recliner/ arm chair /is made of sal wood with foam it 40 density supported by zigzag spring/elastic blet (it has a warranty of 12 month on foam& frame/mechanism excluding upholstery and stitches/cut & tear)
  • 2. Office chair, caf chair has 12 month warranty all parts (except cut / holes/ back/ neck/ seat upholstery and any breakage in use in warranty)
  • 3. Solid wood furniture made of Acacia wood: "

    In response to seasonal climate variation,solid wood will contract and expand throughout the life of the product and thus not warranted for this purpose (for solid wood furniture) Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of Wood are not defects and not covered under warranty.in addition, Any claim for seasonal splits, joints opening is limited to warranty period from the time of purchase. (for solid wood furniture warranty 3 month)
