Warranty Terms
Sleep Spa Mattress is warrantied against any manufacturing defect for a period of 1 to 11 years from the date of purchase, depending on the mattress model. For example-In case of any manufacturing defect within the first year of purchase of the mattress with a warranty for more than 1 year, the mattress will be repaired or replaced with an identical product (pickup charges will be applicable). For any claims (related to any concern like size, fabric etc.) after 3 days of receiving the product, return pickup charges of Rs.2,000 will be applicable.
TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY
1. Warranty On The Mattress Will Be Available Only In Case Of Product Failure Due To A Manufacturing Defect.
2. For Any Return Pickup To Be Done Related To Warranty Claim, Fixed Return Pickup Charges Are Mandatory. The Charges Are Calculated By The Company S Support Team Based On Customer S Pickup Location. These Charges Can Vary From Rs. 2000- Rs. 4000. Without These Charges, Return Pick Up And Replacement Process Will Not Be Started.
3. In Some Cases, Pro Rata Charges Will Also Be Applicable As Per Warranty Terms. The Pro Rata Charge Is Calculated On The Duration Of Mattress Usage. No Discount Is Available On These Charges As Well.
4. No Discount Is Valid On Mattresses Sent In The Replacement Process. These Mattresses Will Have To Purchased On The Current MRP Of The Mattress Without Any Price Reduction.
5. The Prices Displayed On The Website Are Inclusive Of GST. Coirfit Reserves The Right To Change The Prices At Its Discretion Without Informing The Customer.
6. All Genuine Claims Will Be Settled Within 15 Working Days Of Warranty Claim Receipt.
7. Disputes, If Any, Will Be Subject To Delhi Jurisdiction Only.
a. As per the policy mattress has to be packed by the customer unpacked mattress will not picked up.
b. As per the protocols pickup will be done first after that replacement will be provided within 7 working days.
1. Return/Refund request will not be entertained in case of improper usage or physical damage to the mattress. You are expected to return the mattress in a good condition.
2. Return/Refund request will not be entertained if any severe liquid spillage, stains, dirt, or damage is found on the mattress during the inspection process.
3. Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the mattress is found to be exposed to cold/hot temperatures for a period of time that causes the materials to tear or permanently deform.
4. Return/Refund request will not be entertained if the customer opts for a return due to incorrect mattress Size order. It is always recommended to cross-check the size before placing the order.
