This chair is covered by a 36-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal indoor office use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear (including mesh, fabric, foam, armrests, and casters), damage from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or use exceeding the stated weight capacity.

Adjustment mechanisms (tilt, recline, height/gas lift, and lumbar support) are covered only under normal use conditions.
