  • Give the mattress a good support. Use a sturdy bed frame with adequate center support that will prevent bowing
  • Rotate the mattress every six months. This is to ensure that a person sleeps on different parts of the mattress to even out the pressure
  • Let the mattress breathe. Use sunlight & air to periodically freshen the top of the mattress
  • Wash the mattress cover if it is removable and washable. However, check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress
  • Use a mattress protector on top of the mattress if it does not come with a removable or washable cover. A washable mattress protector is good to keep the mattress fresh and free from stains
  • Do not bend the Mattress. Bending or rolling the mattress will damage the core
  • Avoid Keeping heavy objects on it as it could ruin its shape
  • In case of any loose thread found, do not pull the thread but trim it with the scissor
  • Do not remove the brand label placed on the corner of your mattress for warranty claims
  • Do not jump or walk on the mattress
  • Do not iron clothes on the mattress
  • Check the mattress label or warranty for any special instructions on cleaning or maintaining the mattress

Warranty Terms:

  • All mattresses are under warranty as per the warranty chart against any manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.During the first year, mattress will be replaced free if there are any of the manufacturing defects as indicated in thefollowinglist.
  • Warranty will be applicable only in the case of product failureProduct failure is limited to sagging of the core of themattress. Reduction in thickness of > 1.5 inches will be considered sagging
  • Warranty will not be applicable on wear and tear of fabric or stitching arises from regular use.Product will be replaced by similar or identical productsAfter one year of the purchase of the product pro-rated warranty will be applicable.
  • The validity of the warranty period for each model will be as per warranty chart. If warranty period is over for a particular model, no further warranty claim will be applicable. Warranty will be applicable for one-time repair/replacement of the core material of the mattress.For repair/replacement of mattress core material, the company will charge as mentioned in warranty card "
