Is the service dependent on the size of the items or their age?
The size and age of the items and the number of people residing do not hinder our process. However, these factors may lead to a much higher accumulation of dirt, stains, and germs. This may lead to a more thorough cleaning process on our part.
What is the total time taken for drying the items after the procedure? The time taken for the complete drying process is about 4-5 hours. It may take longer in some circumstances, such as a higher thickness of the items. The items are ready to use instantly post the drying process.
Are there any inspection charges?
There are no charges for inspection. Our inspection is 100% free. You can call anytime to arrange a free review of your house.
Does the cleaning service include moving of the furniture also?
Generally, our cleaning service is only provided for items that don't have anything placed near them. Our cleaning technicians move any light furniture that is kept on or near the items. However, they will not be able to move any heavy furniture that hinders them from providing the cleaning service. We request customers to remove all heavy items that are near the area before the cleaning process.
