Installation - Once the product is delivered, customer is requested to reach on the Faber Toll Free no. 1800-209-3484 and register the contact details along with registered address. Company person will attend the installation request in next 48 hrs. Customer has to follow the same process for any service issue or product-related complaint in future.

Installation Fees will be charged separately by the authorized person at the time of installation depending on the location & other requirements.

Lifetime Warranty - Franke Faber India private limited, hereinafter referred to as FFIPL. Undertake that all the machines manufactured and marketed by FFIPL are sold after thorough inspection by the quality control department. FFIPL extends this warranty only in the case of defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship and undertakes to replace/repair, at the sole discretion of FFIPL, any parts, except charcoal filters, bulbs, glass parts, items etc. which are subject to normal wear and tear due to operation, which upon examination by FFIPL reveal to be having manufacturing defects. The warranty of this chimney is for Lifetime, life of chimney is 12 years from the date of purchase.

To avail warranty services, it is mandatory for the products to be registered within the period of 30 days from the date of purchase. The registration form should be duly filled to and send to FFIPL along with copy of invoice. Warranty will be valid only on producing Lifetime Warranty Letter and Bill/Invoice. In case if warranty is not registered within 30 days from the date of purchase, the lifetime warranty will be Null and Void. To register for a lifetime warranty of the 30 days, submitting proof of invoice along with payment of Rs.1000/- is mandatory.
