Warranty Summary: 1 Year Warranty On Manufacturing Defects Warranty shall automatically lapse if the product or any component thereof is subjected to misuse , abuse, accident , alteration, improper installation, modification, negligence or repairs by any person not authorized by Nilkamal and does not cover/apply in cases of normal or routine wear and tear, damage caused by a carrier/third party, customization, to colour or texture of wood, laminate due to aging or exposure to light. It is clarified that Nilkamal warranty for any repaired or replaced product or any part thereof shall terminate on expiry of the warranty period applicable from the date of purchase. Liability of Nilkamal shall be limited to repairs / replacement as stated herein above or to the maximum extent of the value received for the product. Nilkamal specifically disclaims any other warranties for the products, express or implied. Nilkamal shall not be liable to the original purchaser or any third party for incidental, indirect, consequential or special damages including and without limitation, damages arising out of or resulting in any malfunctions, delays, loss of profit, interruptions of business, death, dismemberment, 0r personal or physical injury.
